Functional Defects Upon Delivery
If a functional defect is identified upon receiving the product, customers are required to report the issue within 48 hours to file a claim or request an exchange at the store. Claims made after this 48-hour window will need to be resolved directly with the manufacturer, as outlined in the product's warranty agreement.
Product Inspection at Delivery
To ensure customer satisfaction, we carry out a thorough inspection of the product at the time of delivery, together with the customer.
